Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.
