How long does shipping take? Many of our pieces are made to order or shipped from our production partners, so please allow extra time versus typical domestic delivery. Exact timelines vary by item — see Shipping & Returns for current estimates, or ask us before you order if timing matters for your project.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within Canada. Reach out via our Contact page if you're ordering from elsewhere and we'll see what we can do.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — once a piece has entered production or shipped from our supplier, changes may not be possible.
