Wooden Bead Swag Chandelier · Rust Iron Arms · Old White or Old Grey · E12 / E14
Rust-finished iron arms scroll outward from a hand-carved wood hub, each arm looped with draped strands of wooden beads that swag naturally between the scrollwork — the same gesture as festooned garlands in traditional European decorative ironwork, translated into warm natural wood. Teardrop wood ornaments hang from each arm tip, pulling the eye downward and completing the layered, textile-like silhouette. The combination of aged rust iron and distressed wood reads as genuinely old rather than merely rustic.
Six configurations range from a compact 3-arm version to a two-tier 8+4 statement piece spanning over 100 cm in height. Two body finishes — Old White and Old Grey — sit on the same rust iron arm structure, shifting the overall palette from warm and romantic to cooler and more restrained. The rust arms are fixed across all versions.

Body Finish — Choose at Checkout
The iron arms are rust-finished on all versions. Choose your wood body and bead finish below.
Old White
Distressed chalk white wood body and beads — warm, softly aged. The rust iron arms contrast against the lighter finish, making the scrollwork more prominent. Suits romantic, French country, and farmhouse interiors.
Old Grey
Distressed weathered grey wood body and beads — cooler and more restrained. The rust and grey create an industrial-rustic contrast. Suits loft, Scandinavian farmhouse, and neutral-palette interiors.
Configuration — Choose at Checkout
All configurations include a 30 cm / 12″ hanging chain. The 8+4 two-tier version adds a second inner ring of arms at a lower level.

Bulbs are not included. Each arm uses one E12 (US) or E14 (international) candelabra socket. We recommend 2–4W LED E12/E14 candelabra bulbs at 2700K warm white — the warm tone complements both Old White and Old Grey finishes. Edison-style filament candelabra bulbs enhance the rustic, vintage character of the chandelier. Maximum 25W per socket.

FAQ
Old White or Old Grey — which suits my interior? +
Old White is warmer and more romantic — the chalk white wood and beads contrast visibly against the rust iron, drawing the scrollwork into sharp relief. Best for French country, Provence, traditional farmhouse, and cottagecore interiors where warmth and femininity are the tone. Old Grey is cooler and more industrial — the weathered grey neutralizes the warmth of the rust, producing a more graphic, textural composition. Best for Scandinavian farmhouse, loft, and neutral-palette interiors where the contrast is meant to read as raw rather than romantic.
Which configuration should I choose? +
The 3 and 5-arm versions (∅ 60 cm) suit small dining tables (up to 100 cm), bedrooms, and breakfast nooks. 6 arms (∅ 75 cm) covers a standard 4–6 seat dining table. 8 and 10 arms (∅ 83 cm) share the same footprint — choose 8 for a more open look, 10 for a denser bead swag and more light output. The 8+4 two-tier (∅ 83 cm, H 105 cm) is a statement piece for high-ceiling spaces — at 105 cm tall it requires a minimum 2.8 m ceiling to hang comfortably above a dining table surface.
What bulb gives the best rustic effect? +
An Edison-style LED filament candelabra bulb (E12/E14, 2–4W, 2200–2700K amber warm white) is the most period-appropriate choice — the visible spiral filament and amber glass enhance the vintage, handcraft character of the fixture. Alternatively, a standard frosted or opal E12/E14 LED at 2700K gives cleaner ambient light through the open arm structure if a softer, less directional glow is preferred. Bulbs are not included.
Is it dimmable? +
Yes, when fitted with dimmable E12/E14 LED candelabra bulbs and a compatible TRIAC wall dimmer switch (both sold separately). Specify “dimmable” when purchasing LED candelabra bulbs and confirm your dimmer is rated for LED loads. Dimming to 30–40% creates a particularly atmospheric, candlelit effect that suits the aged aesthetic of the fixture.
Product features
Product features
- Hand-finished in natural materials — alabaster, marble, brass, and blown glass — so slight variation in veining, grain, or patina between pieces is normal and expected.
- Hardwired or plug-in per listing; check the individual product page for the exact wiring type and included cord length.
- Compatible with standard dimmer switches unless the listing notes otherwise.
- Bulb base type (e.g. E12, E26) is listed on each product page; bulbs are not included unless stated.
- Select pieces are made to order — see the product page for current lead time before ordering.
Materials and care
Materials and care
- Alabaster, marble & stone: dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners — they can etch or stain natural stone.
- Brass & metal finishes: wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which will strip the patina.
- Fabric shades: spot clean only with a dry cloth.
- Glass: apply a mild glass cleaner to a soft cloth, not directly to the fixture.
- Always turn off and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
- Keep fixtures away from direct moisture unless the listing specifies it's rated for outdoor or wet locations.
Styling tips
Styling tips
- Wall sconces: mount at 60–66″ from the floor to the center of the fixture; space paired sconces 24–30″ apart.
- Pendants: hang 30–36″ above a table or counter surface, adjusting for ceiling height.
- Chandeliers: as a general sizing guide, allow roughly 2.5–3″ of fixture width for every foot of room width.
- Warmer bulb temperatures (2700K–3000K) bring out the tone in natural materials like alabaster and brass.
- Pairing with a dimmer switch gives you more control over ambiance in living and dining spaces.
