Installation

  • Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended.
  • Fits a standard ceiling junction box. All mounting hardware is included.
  • Dimmable when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and TRIAC-compatible dimmer switch (e.g. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora).
  • Allow adequate ceiling clearance above the fixture for wiring and canopy.

Is the fixture dimmable? +

Yes — the fixture supports dimming. You will need to purchase a dimmable bulb separately (E26 or E27 base). Once installed, it works with standard TRIAC dimmer switches.

Which bulb do you recommend? +

We recommend a warm white (2700K) dimmable LED bulb in E26 or E27 medium base, at 4–8W per socket. A frosted or globe-style bulb gives the softest, most even light through the metal shade. Avoid cool-white or daylight bulbs, which can feel harsh under this form.

Will the brass finish vary between units? +

Yes, slightly. The aged brass is hand-finished, so subtle tonal variation between pieces is expected and part of the material's character. Over time the patina will continue to deepen naturally.

Can I coordinate this with matching pendants or sconces? +

How do I care for the metal shade? +
