triangular brass armature extends 85 cm from the wall to support a conical fabric
shade — long enough to cast light over a sofa, reading chair, billiards table, or wide
console without crowding the wall behind it.
The arm pivots on its wall mount, letting you swing the shade through a wide arc to
illuminate different parts of the room. The conical shade is trimmed at the base for

The full reach is 85 cm (33.5") from wall to shade center — significantly longer than
a typical wall sconce. It's designed to project light out over furniture, billiards
tables, or wide reading zones. The arm pivots, so when not in use you can swing the
shade closer to the wall.
What bulb does it take? +
One E26 (North America) or E27 (EU/UK/AU) standard-base bulb up to 25W. We recommend
a warm white (3000K) LED for the most period-appropriate glow. Bulb is not included.
Can I order it as a pair? +
Yes — this lamp is often installed in pairs flanking a sofa, billiards table, or
library wall. Just order two units. For matched-batch finish consistency on larger
orders, contact us first.
Where should I mount it? +
For reading or task lighting, install at roughly 150–170 cm (60–67") from the floor —
that puts the shade above seated eye level. Above a billiards table or console, position
it so the shade hangs roughly 70–80 cm (28–32") above the surface. Confirm the swing
arc clears nearby walls and doors before final placement.

Materials and care
Alabaster, marble & stone: dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners — they can etch or stain natural stone.
Brass & metal finishes: wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which will strip the patina.
Fabric shades: spot clean only with a dry cloth.
Glass: apply a mild glass cleaner to a soft cloth, not directly to the fixture.
Always turn off and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
Keep fixtures away from direct moisture unless the listing specifies it's rated for outdoor or wet locations.
Styling tips
Wall sconces: mount at 60–66″ from the floor to the center of the fixture; space paired sconces 24–30″ apart.
Pendants: hang 30–36″ above a table or counter surface, adjusting for ceiling height.
