Real Wood Beam · Edison Bulbs · Hand-Aged Walnut Finish
A linear ceiling chandelier built around a single hand-aged solid wood beam — the grain, knots, and natural variation of the timber are the design's whole point. Edison-style bulbs hang from the underside of the beam in an even line, casting warm direct light downward over a dining table, kitchen island, or long counter. Black iron hardware and matching downrod complete the rustic-industrial vocabulary.
Each beam is hand-finished — sanded, distressed, and stained by hand to bring out the grain and produce subtle tonal variation across each piece. The standard finish is a medium walnut tone, but lighter or darker stains are available on request as a customization service.

Features
Solid Wood Beam
Genuine hand-aged solid wood — knots, grain, and tonal variation in every piece.
Edison-Style Bulbs
Open sockets show the bulb itself — vintage filament Edison bulbs work beautifully.
Custom Finish on Request
Default walnut tone, with lighter or darker stains available — see below.
Finish
Hand-Aged Walnut · Black Hardware
Solid wood beam stained to a medium walnut tone with hand-distressed surface, paired with matte black iron hardware and downrod. Every beam is finished by hand, so the precise pattern of grain, knots, and stain absorption varies between pieces — pairs with farmhouse, industrial, and rustic-modern interiors.
Custom Finish — Lighter or Darker
The standard finish is a medium walnut tone. If you'd prefer a lighter or darker stain to match your interior, our team can custom-finish your beam at no extra standard charge — just let us know after ordering.
- Place your order under this listing.
- Email us your order number and your finish preference (lighter / darker, or describe the tone you want).
- We custom-finish your beam to match before shipping. Custom finishes may add a few days to the standard production time.
Each beam is unique. Because the wood is hand-finished and aged by hand, every piece carries its own pattern of grain, knots, and stain absorption. Yours won't be a perfect match for the photographs — that individuality is part of the rustic aesthetic.
Sizes — Choose at Checkout
Confirm your junction box rating. The 5-head version weighs ~37 lb — close to the 50 lb limit of a standard residential junction box. Both sizes are safe to install, but for the 5-head version we recommend confirming with a licensed electrician that your existing junction box and ceiling structure are rated for the load. Heavier-than-standard fixtures may need a fan-rated or reinforced box.

FAQ
Can I get a different wood finish? +
Yes — the standard tone is medium walnut, but our team can custom-finish your beam in a lighter or darker stain at no extra standard charge. After placing your order, email us your order number and your preference (e.g. "lighter, more honey-toned" or "darker, more espresso"), and we'll match it during production. Custom finishes may add a few days to standard lead time.
Is the wood beam real wood? +
Yes — the beam is solid wood, hand-aged and stained by hand. The grain, knots, and natural variation are real. This is not a metal body with wood-grain finish or a resin cast. Because it's natural wood, every beam is unique and will differ slightly from the photographs.
Is it dimmable? +
Yes — when paired with dimmable Edison-style or candelabra LED bulbs and a standard TRIAC wall dimmer, the fixture is fully dimmable. Vintage Edison filament bulbs are especially atmospheric when dimmed — the warm filament glow becomes more amber and candle-like.
What bulb does it take? +
Each socket takes one E12 candelabra base bulb up to 25W. Because the sockets are open and the bulbs are visible, vintage Edison-style filament bulbs (clear or amber glass with visible filaments) are the most common choice and produce the best rustic-industrial atmosphere. Modern E12 LED candelabra bulbs also work — pick warm white (2700–3000K) for the most period-appropriate glow. Bulbs not included.
How heavy is it? Can my ceiling support it? +
The 4-head weighs ~15 kg (33 lb); the 5-head weighs ~17 kg (37 lb). A standard residential ceiling junction box typically supports up to 50 lb, so both sizes are within the safe range — but for the 5-head version we recommend a licensed electrician confirm your existing box is correctly rated, since fixtures over 35 lb sometimes need fan-rated or reinforced support.
Can the rod length be adjusted? +
Three suspension rod sections ship with each fixture (11.8" + 15.7" + 19.7", total 47.2" / 120 cm). Use them in combination or individually to set your preferred drop — they can also be shortened on installation. For vaulted or double-height ceilings, contact us before ordering for a custom rod length.
Product features
Product features

- Compatible with standard dimmer switches unless the listing notes otherwise.
- Bulb base type (e.g. E12, E26) is listed on each product page; bulbs are not included unless stated.

Materials and care
Materials and care
- Alabaster, marble & stone: dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and household cleaners — they can etch or stain natural stone.
- Brass & metal finishes: wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which will strip the patina.
- Fabric shades: spot clean only with a dry cloth.
- Glass: apply a mild glass cleaner to a soft cloth, not directly to the fixture.
- Always turn off and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
- Keep fixtures away from direct moisture unless the listing specifies it's rated for outdoor or wet locations.
Styling tips
Styling tips
- Wall sconces: mount at 60–66″ from the floor to the center of the fixture; space paired sconces 24–30″ apart.
- Pendants: hang 30–36″ above a table or counter surface, adjusting for ceiling height.
- Chandeliers: as a general sizing guide, allow roughly 2.5–3″ of fixture width for every foot of room width.
- Warmer bulb temperatures (2700K–3000K) bring out the tone in natural materials like alabaster and brass.
- Pairing with a dimmer switch gives you more control over ambiance in living and dining spaces.
